Who we are

What we collect
The Site has no forms, accounts, or signups. We collect only:
· Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the time of your visit.
· Analytics data. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. It records which pages you view, the site you came from, your country, and your browser, operating system, and device type. It identifies visitors only by an anonymized code that cannot follow you from one day to the next or across other websites.
If you email us, including to apply for a job, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
Why we use it and our legal basis

We do not sell your personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who process it for us under contract:
· Vercel, which hosts the Site.
· Vercel, which also provides our anonymized visitor analytics.
We may use other providers that help run the Site, such as font or content delivery services, on the same terms. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is anonymized when collected. We keep emails as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No website or email is fully secure, so please don't send us sensitive information by email.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; and to restrict or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Residents of some US states have similar rights to access, correct, and delete their data. To make any request, email info@juvia.group. We will respond within the time the law requires, usually one month.
Cookies
The Site does not use cookies or similar tracking technology.
If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The Site does not use cookies or track visitors across websites, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to switch off.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Links to other websites
The Site links to websites we don't control, such as portfolio company sites and LinkedIn. This policy doesn't cover them; their own privacy policies apply when you visit.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
